Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn anime apparel back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
